Kseniya came out to my home, listened to my needs, and drew up a plan accordingly I got to see the 3-D image and approve it before payment I had to have flooring installed and it took much longer than expected, which means I kept having to contact Tom and Kseniya to push back the date a few times and they were incredibly understanding and flexible Tom came out an installed everything very quickly and professionally and I couldn't be happier with my new home office I would highly recommend this company for any home storage needs

Tom Higgins the owner came to our house to discuss our needs. After we told him what we wanted, he gave a few suggestions, showed us pictures of projects that were similar to ours, and when we finalized exactly what we wanted, he said he would send us a quote and design drawing the next day. All the information arrived on time and detailed what we had requested. When we told him we had to think about the proposal, he said just call when we were ready to either ask more questions or confirm the deal. It took us a couple weeks to decide, but he did not pressure us for an answer. Our closet was built in one day and everyone we show it to is so impressed. We definitely recommend The Closet Monkey.

Great experience from start to finish. Met a Home Show and schedule a quote visit the very next day. Although I was ready for the closet that minute, I was made aware of current lead time. Price was within my plans. Tom provided options for cost savings during quote visit. Design included features I specifically stated plus recommendations from Tom. Install ended up happening fuve days sooner than sceduled because an opening came open. I appreciated the forethought to call to offer sooner install. If we add more closets we will certainly call Closet Monkey. Closet looks great. Very Happt.
