Review: On 4/29/14 I went into see the owner, [redacted]. I have been a vendor there for 18 years and Lisa took over the business over a year ago and at that time no changes were made. Actually I never saw her because she is a nurse and isn't always at the store. For the past 18 years I have been issued a check twice a year for my clothes as this is a consignment store. When I went in last month I was handed $9.00 which was an insult for all the beautiful (some never worn) clothes I have brought in. She then informed me that I needed to sign a new contract because she has a new system. I asked her where the rest of my money was and she said the files somehow where "lost" for 2013 so she didn't know what really was due. She kept saying I should've signed a new contract but how was I suppose to know she even had new contracts? She never notified any of her vendors and any changes she was going to make. I also wrote a complaint on Yelp and noticed two other complaints similar to mine so I know I'm not the only one that she has done this to. She is very unprofessional and bottom line is my money is in her pocket.Desired Settlement: A check mailed to me for $100.00 would be appreciated.
