During the first conversation with this client we were very specific about how the trapping process works and how long it can take if baby animals are involved Mother animals are normally very cautious and do not go into traps quickly, but instead need time to become accustomed to seeing a trap and smelling the baits and lures we put in traps before they will see it as safe to enterBelow is the trapping agreement we email to every client that explains that there are fees involved when we must visit the property to rebait traps or set indicators, which tell us if animals are continuing to exit the hole they created, see below:Trapping AgreementPermission to Trap on Property and Agreement for Client to Check TrapsThe Client, or Client’s designated representative, grants ABC Humane Wildlife Control & Prevention Inc(ABC) permission to place humane box trap(s) on the Client’s property to capture wildlifeThe Client also agrees to check the trap everyday by 8:a.mand to immediately notify ABC when a capture has been madeThe Client understands that traps must be checked once each calendar day by Illinois state law, and that ABC must be notified if a trap cannot be checked every morning so it may be temporarily closed or removedThe Client accepts responsibility for all fines, court costs, and legal fees incurred by ABC due to a violation caused by Client’s failure to check a trap or report a capture Permission to Trap on Property and ABC Will Check Traps DailyState laws mandate that traps are checked and trapped wildlife are removed from traps once each calendar dayWhile most Clients prefer to check the traps themselves, this is not possible in some instancesIn such instances when the Client requests that ABC Humane Wildlife Control & Prevention Inc(ABC) makes a daily visit to check traps and remove trapped animals, a daily fee is charged The Client grants ABC permission to place humane box traps on the Client’s property to capture wildlife, and agrees to the daily trap check fee.Missing Trap FeeIf a trap is lost, stolen or missing, please notify ABC immediately, so that the Company may search for the missing trapIf the trap cannot be recovered, ABC will file a missing property report and a missing trap fee of $per trap will be applied to the Client’s balanceReturn Visit FeeSubsequent to the svisit, all additional visits to the property will incur a visit feeA variety of services may be performed during these visits, including picking up trapped animals, resetting traps, re-baiting traps, re-positioning traps, or re-inspecting the property during the trapping processThere is no fee to remove an empty trap at the end of the trapping processThough we feel everyone in our organization has been very thorough with this client, we have decided to issue a satisfaction guarantee refund We believe the true source of the confusion in this case stemmed from a family member of the owner becoming involved in the middle of the trapping process, and since she was not present for all of the set up conversation and interaction, the patience we need to do our work was not granted Wildlife removal is a process and each animal reacts differently in the wildSometimes they can be extra cautious when around traps, therefore a finite time for resolution in these cases cannot always be given

against Ohana Motors. Mahalo, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  of these missing componentsBen was my salesperson and I was extremely clear with him that I was in the process of working with my Loan officer, [redacted], at [redacted] on my payoff and I would arrange me own financing thru either [redacted] or [redacted] and ALL that I needed was the "numbers from today...my trade in value and their costs of their truck".  I was in their business for about 1 hour with my son alongside and both Ben and Scott took individual test drives of my truck to determine trade in value.  this seemed odd to me as I am not used to a salesperson driving a vehicle on trade in, but as I told my son, maybe they are just trying to keep us here longer to build more interest in their vehicle".  Ben did come back to his office area and provided small talk, while Scott was driving my truck, and simply asked me if I still worked at the same place and if my income had changed this year.  there was NO request, implied or direct, that they even wanted to pull my credit, I had been very specific that I would arrange my own financing.  at one time, I was asked about interest rates and terms so they could provide me "closer numbers" and I said I have a calculator on my phone and I can estimate monthly payments.  I did become outraged when I found out they pulled my credit and asked for my keys, which were not immediately returned.  it was only after I walked into the general manager's office area and moved Ben's hand that I secured the keys to my truck which is my personal property.  I did ask for an immediate notification to the credit bureaus to remove the inquiry and Scott wasnt familiar with this request.  I phoned after I returned home, looked up FTC guidelines and filed this complaint with Revdex.com, and asked to speak with the owner of Ohana Motors, initially Scott was reluctant and said, "that's what I get paid to do, handle problems, so the owner is not available.  only after I gave an ultimatum of legal action did Scott contact Russell who called me back about an hour later.  I explained that I paid thousands of dollars last year to "clean up my credit report" and did not request, approve or desire an inquiry from them, did Russell take my information and know how to submit a 'mispull'.  Russell was very nice to me that day and the following day and is supposed to follow up with me when he recieves written notification from the credit reporting agencies of the corrected inquiry.  I have heard nothing since the day after this incident and my credit score dropped 9 points from this inquiry.  I have photographical proof from [redacted] that this occurred.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

trap and smelling the baits and lures we put in traps before they will see it as safe to enter. Below is the trapping agreement we email to every client that explains that there are fees involved when we must visit the property to rebait traps or set indicators, which tell us if animals are continuing to exit the hole they created, see below:Trapping AgreementPermission to Trap on Property and Agreement for Client to Check TrapsThe Client, or Client’s designated representative,  grants ABC Humane Wildlife Control & Prevention Inc. (ABC) permission to place humane box trap(s) on the Client’s property to capture wildlife. The Client also agrees to check the trap everyday by 8:00 a.m. and to immediately notify ABC when a capture has been made. The Client understands that traps must be checked once each calendar day by Illinois state law, and that ABC must be notified if a trap cannot be checked every morning so it may be temporarily closed or removed. The Client accepts responsibility for all fines, court costs, and legal fees incurred by ABC due to a violation caused by Client’s failure to check a trap or report a capture.     Permission to Trap on Property and ABC Will Check Traps DailyState laws mandate that traps are checked and trapped wildlife are removed from traps once each calendar day. While most Clients prefer to check the traps themselves, this is not possible in some instances. In such instances when the Client requests that ABC Humane Wildlife Control & Prevention Inc. (ABC) makes a daily visit to check traps and remove trapped animals, a daily fee is charged.  The Client grants ABC permission to place humane box traps on the Client’s property to capture wildlife, and agrees to the daily trap check fee.Missing Trap FeeIf a trap is lost, stolen or missing, please notify ABC immediately, so that the Company may search for the missing trap. If the trap cannot be recovered, ABC will file a missing property report and a missing trap fee of $75 per trap will be applied to the Client’s balance. Return Visit FeeSubsequent to the set-up visit, all additional visits to the property will incur a visit fee. A variety of services may be performed during these visits, including picking up trapped animals, resetting traps, re-baiting traps, re-positioning traps,  or re-inspecting the property during the trapping process. There is no fee to remove an empty trap at the end of the trapping process. Though we feel everyone in our organization has been very thorough with this client, we have decided to issue a satisfaction guarantee refund.  We believe the true source of the confusion in this case stemmed from a family member of the owner becoming involved in the middle of the trapping process, and since she was not present for all of the set up conversation and interaction, the patience we need to do our work was not granted.  Wildlife removal is a process and each animal reacts differently in the wild. Sometimes they can be extra cautious when around traps, therefore a finite time for resolution in these cases cannot always be given.
