Review: On October *, 2014, I provided Lamont C. M[redacted], Founder & Principal Consultant with $400.00 cash deposit for Event Planning Services for the Roc-A-Natural 2015 Expo on April **, 2015 at the [redacted], New York, New York and balance of $600.00 would be on the day of the event. Mr. M[redacted] agreed to obtaining sponsorship, wine distributor for after party and Insurance coverage for the venue. He breached our agreement and I had to pay out of pocket for venue Insurance.Despite my numerous attempts via email and telephone conversations leading up to the April **, 2015 event to obtain the services agreed, Mr. M[redacted] did not provide any services and ultimately begin to disregard my calls. In additon, I sought the assistance of an associate of Mr. M[redacted], Floyd M[redacted] who was aware of failed business arrangement and attempted to consult with Mr. M[redacted] and advise him to return the deposit. Mr. M[redacted] verbally confirmed to me on April **, 2015 that he would return the deposit. To date, I continue not to receive my deposit.Desired Settlement: The desired resolution is to obtain my refund of $400.00 asap.
