My name is Mirsa [redacted] S [redacted] I am the current manager at The Coachlight Inn and RV Park the assigned ID [redacted] The first day that the customer came, she came into the office with her boyfriend they paid for one week In the RV Park which is $Boyfriend interacts with my clerk and he was being aggressive and rude with my staff stating that he wasn't going to pay the nightly rate of $that he was going to pay for the week waiting to be prorated for the monthWhen customers pay for more than one night they have to sign a sheet that has rules for the park, that sheet states that we have a no refund policy, also we have a sign on the desk saying "No Refunds" Later that same day customer return to office to apologize on behaves of her boyfriendFollowing morning customer came in asking for a refund and to complain saying that there was some Music all night and a motorcycle early in the morningCustomer was informed that we have a no refund policy and that we had customer's signature agreeing to the policyAlso I ask customer to give me an opportunity to talk with the neighbors (other customers) about the music and motorcycle, customer said "no, I don't know who it was", "it will stop for a day and you are going to have to continue talking to them" "my boyfriend has PTSD and if I stay he will do something and he will get arrested"During that day customer decided to leave without notifying the front desk.This is the first time that a customer has complained about noise in the RV Park I went and talked to customers about the issue asking them to not have loud noise, we have several customers with PTSD that have lived here for years and we have never had a complain from themThe owner is a one hundred percent disabled veteran with FrsoHe will not allow loud noiseThe rules that were signed states all noise is to be shot down by 10pm
