Review: I went to the store in Fullerton on June 26th and tried to get money back for my gift cards totaling $18 on two cards, but the employees refused. They are required by law to give money back on gift card under $10 if asked.Desired Settlement: Just send $18 cash or $18 check. I don't want to waste gas and time driving to one of your store locations when your employees are ignorant of the law.Training of employees on the legal requirement on gift cards. Signage explaining consumer rights concerning gift cards and the law so customers can point at it if the employee is ignorant of the law.
