February 16, 2016Dear *** ***in response to complaint ID #***.We strongly desire to provide our customers with quality productWe apologize for the miscommunication in making this drink with the extra cold brew and as is our policy, would have gladly remade the drink for the customer if requested.We wish to avoid any additional public communication via Social media, but we have not hidden or removed the review and comments pertaining to it.in this letter, I have included a picture of our menu with the price listed for additional Coffee and a Screen shot of our *** page with the comments.Sincerely,Joy L** Owner/Operator

I am rejecting this response because:Hi, the complaint does not show up on the pages of any of my ** friends, only the business's and mine so the conclusion must be that it was hidden in an attempt to save face. I do appreciate the business sending a picture of the sign but it still does not show a price for additional cold brew coffee.
