On the very Front page of our web-site you can click on "Policies | Refunds" this is very clear and not hidden in anyway for this reasonWeb-site is [redacted] We have offered for this customer and made an exception for giving her full refund back that she just needs to call us prior to coming to our place of business to make certain we are able to meet her because we are not always at location all day long, her last comment was she is out of town and never heard backAs far as showing up to deliver we did try she would not come outside or answer the phone, however her father did come outside and was very unreasonable 100% its seems more of a conflict of personalities than anything, anyways we really did try but could not figure out anything that made sensePlease call us and we will meet you at our location and you will get your refund backWe are busy as we are sure you are so lets move on and continue with life to its fullest Thanks,Robert O' [redacted] "Remember always stay positive"?
