I suggest highly that if your considering using this agency to perform your collections, you seriously look elswhere. The managment is incredibly rude and un-professional. I received numerous complaints from customers on the tactics this firm uses to collect debts. I have received invoices that are what I would consider excessive with charges and extra add on costs that are not discussed before you begin using their services. You will loose 65-75% of whatever debt you give them to collect.
