The “Membership Agreement” and “The College Money Guys Money Back Guarantee Plus” does not state the stipulations that MrBrannon *** indicated in his response, to be able to get a refund 2. There was no mention about a College Application Boot Camp 3. *** and I met numerous times with MrBrannon *** regarding Planning Meetings4. Mr*** did not tell us that there are workshops to attend5. I have met with Mr*** couple of times in and another time with his associate MrScott *** in the same year , that this is not working , that I wanted a refund but he kept on telling me to” just wait”In the meantime the monthly payments of $ went on (by the way the membership fee was $ 3,)6. The College Money Guys has not helped us” negotiate with the school” nor provided us with “unlimited support “as stated in the agreement7. I also wanted to mention that Mr*** has agreed to give the refund in November 13, but he has not sent the money 8. And finally, “ The Money Back Guarantee Plus “ states :” I you are not completely satisfied, all you need to do is come by the office, tell me what went wrong, and we will gladly refund your fee on the spot, plus make a check out to $ to the charity of your choice…no questions asked, no hassles, and no hard feelingsThat how sure we are that our service will benefit you” I wanted to thank Revdex.com for looking into this caseIt means a lot for our family and our children’s education I appreciate each and every one of you Sincerely , *** ***

*** In order to be eligible for a refund, our guarantee stipulates student and/or parent participation in certain events, such as our College Application Boot Camp (this event is held twice a year to accommodate everyone, but we only ask them to attend once), planning meetings (always scheduled during business hours at the client’s convenience) and Negotiation Workshops (also held two or three times a year to accommodate our parents’ schedule, with attendance at one being required) If, after going through our process and implementing the strategies provided, the client does not receive grant and/or scholarship aid awards equalling at least twice their enrollment fee, we are happy to issue them a refund of their enrollment feeMrand Mrs*** did not take any of our advice, nor did they attend any of our events
