Review: On July 11, 2013, my husband and I were offered a product for SAT -ACT Prep for my son, [redacted]. The salesperson, Mr. [redacted], asked my husband for our debit card. When my husband questioned that, Mr. [redacted] stated that if we decided to keep the product after 30 days, we would then be billed.

The following morning, July 12, 2013, we had a debit for $216.32 from our bank account and the product was not even in our possession. I called the number listed along with the charge and spoke to [redacted]. I explained to [redacted] that the transaction should not have happened because we did not have the product, nor had we decided if we were keeping it or not. He stated that it was a conditional charge. My response was that a conditional charge is just that - conditional. We had not met those conditions at this point and we were not in a position to just give up that amount of money. Had we decided to keep the product, we would have allotted the funds. After expressing our discontent, needless to say, we decided to returned the product. It arrived on July 13, 2013 and I sent it out priority mail on July 15, 2013 with a tracking number via USPS.

I tracked the package and it showed received on July 18, 2013 and I followed up with them. When I called, the salesman I spoke with let me know that he would have the package retrieved and the returns department would process our refund - WITHIN 2_3 WEEKS. This is absolutely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: To file a formal complaint with the Revdex.com and have the refund processed within a reasonable amount of time, considering they took it out within 1 day,
