On August 5th I completed a rental application online and paid a $application fee and a $holding fee and I was told by the leading specialist *** that if my application wasn't approved I my $holding fee would be refunded to me immediately back onto my debit cardHowever, once I was informed that my application wasn't approved and called to speak to *** who then informed me that my $wouldn't be refunded to me for daysI feel scammed and because the company immediately debited my account for $but is telling me that I have to wait for days to receive a refundWhen I asked *** to provide me with the phone number to the corporate office he stated that he didn't have that information and he then transferred me to his manager named Real who confirmed that I have to wait for days to receive my refund however she never provided me with the number to corporate and continued to tell me things about my credit report that weren't trueI feel that the staff at this co
