This rating reflects the management's *** extreme unprofessional behaviour
The FIRST and ONLY time I met her, she was gregarious, extremely outgoing and was very energetic
*** Nature's Image website portrays a calm, respectable professional; which she clearly is NOT***Her solution to change is to yell, rant and not let you get a word inShe was insolent and rude when speaking on the phone to both my sister-in-law and husbandThe reason? I was at work, so I, as a rational adult decided to delegate the over seeing of the two-member crew to my sister-in-lawNo where in my Singed Contract, did it state that I physically had to be home the entire dayThis apparently gave her the right to blast her anger on two of my family members
This verbal behaviour is also carried over to her written correspondenceI reiterated that my last payment was going to be an exact 1/of the total indicated on the Signed Contract*** response:
"I am not wasting anymore of my time with you discussing any of this...Feel free to not pay your bill and I'll be happy to throw you into collectionsI'm not in the mood to deal with you any further than this as you've caused me nothing but grief from the day we met."

We hired Natures Image to do a simple task of weeding and adding mulch to the front, side and rear gardens in spring of 2016

I would not recommend this company to do any work.

Some areas of mulch were missed, mulch was inadvertently dumped on our AC unit and we had dirty hand prints all along our siding of the house and garage. Upon bringing these minor items up to [redacted] the owner of Natures Images, she got very defensive and argumentative with my partner and myself in rectifying the concerns we had. She acted in a very unprofessional manner, raising her voice, swearing at both my partner and I, and cutting off the conversation we tried having with her instead of agreeing to come fix the problem which was the only solution we wanted. I never expected a screaming match on the phone from her or getting irate with us and have never been treated in such a poor manner from any business person. She has absolutely no customer service skills in dealing with any issues.

She has refused to take ownership of any of our concerns or to remedy the situation.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF WORK.
