last week, I apologize for not answering right away. I normally drive around all day meeting with clients, once again I apolgize for any inconvenience.

Review: There was not an exact match to my complaint. This retailer would not follow the tax free VA weekend practice of appendix B of Va tax free weekend where all qualified clothing under $100 is tax free. Appendix B indicates most clothing items sold at this business--when under $100--qualifies. Sales clerk tried to tell me it was only back to school clothing. But if you read Va code for this weekend it isn't just school type clothing. Will this business just pocket the tax money as profit? I wonder.Desired Settlement: I'd like my 3.60 back. It is the principle.

This morning was the first we had heard/read of this complaint. Whatever the initial attempt to contact us was, was not received. We were sorry to learn of Ms. [redacted] negative experience at our store as this was an honest mistake. The original price of the item she purchased was originally priced over $100. We will refund her $3.66 today. The assumption she made that we were attempting anything dishonest was not appreciated and far from the truth.
