I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The Company Austin Shadeworks has refunded my full deposit. I no longer have a refund dispute with the company. I am not sure how I go about rating them, or even if I can. If so, I would rate them very low. I was treated incredibly rude, like I had done something wrong, and hassled over a refund from a mistake they made.
