The Comfort Group Reviews (3)

My initial experience with the office staff and technician was very positive My gas furnace had failed to light and they responded the following day when I called them in the morning The technician was very competent and corrected the problem efficiently However, I requested a follmeeting with one of the sales staff which was scheduled the following week on a Tuesday Fifteen minutes before the meeting the salesman called and postponed the appointment to the following day I understand that issues arise and was happy to accommodate the request The following day I left work early to make the scheduled appointment and not only did they not show up but they failed to even call If this is the way they treat you before you purchase I can only imagine what it would be like after if you had any warranty problems Not recommended for purchase/installation of a heating/cooling system

I called Priority Plumbing, but that company is a part of "The comfort Group" now I would not recommend this company at all While the plumber was professional and did a good job, the companies practices are disreputable and not trustworthy I was told that for the work I needed done I would be charged an $service charge and then $90/hour That is not what I was charged the company charged $135/hour as they decided to also send an apprentice who of course needed more time to do work than a licensed plumber by himself, and then charged an extremely high charge for each thing they did from a "price list" A job that should've been $for labor plus some parts ended up being $based on their "price list" charges When I complained, someone called back and was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone with me-saying I had bought "cheap" plumbing fixtures and that was the problem I will never work with them or recommend them to anyone again
