Arriving bedraggled and tired and wrung out at this almost midpoint stopping point on a car trip with pet from Greenwood Lake NY to McDonnough Ga, we were greeted by the most accommodating, helpful and cheerful staff imaginable
We had requested a pet-friendly room and after checking us in I reminded them of that and they said "oops, none are left that fit our requirements." They then said don't worry about it you can stay in the non-pet friendly room they had given us
Room was clean and more than adequate
Their over the top friendly welcome turned our tired day around
