This car was advertised on our website, all online listings and car fax was provided with V6 clearly listed. There was also photos on all of the online listings showing the motor with V6 clearly listed. No where does it list that the car is a V8. Buyer came into the dealership, saw all of the cars,...

test drove the car he purchased and negotiated a deal on the car that he bought. We in no way represented this as a V8. Its clearly listed everywhere that it is a V6. [redacted]

 The dealer response is false, I never checked the listing of this car. I did check the car listing on Car [redacted]with the V-8 engine never looking for a V-6. But the saleswoman Elizabeth lied about the car I purchased. She told me that the current car I purchased was a V-8 and the deal was attractive to me because it has 20K miles less and was only $2,000 extra compared to the car I was researching on [redacted].
