This is the worse place ever to live.on move in my unit was not cleanI moved in July and it is now thanksgiving I refuse to cook in here because with mice and roaches who knows what we may get in our food or what will nibble it before we doThere was still food and yeah from the previous tenantThe refrigerator had old food in it and the inside was the nastiest thing I've ever seenI reported it to management and was told the girl said she clean itI sent them pictures of the mess and was told if I cleaned it I'd get $off my rentIt never happenedAs I was cleaning I saw dead roach bodies everywhere I was very concerned because I have a serious bug phobiaThey said they would put this unit on the spray listNeedless to say they never cameEach week they had an excuse why the unit was not exterminatedThen I saw a mouse run towards the bathroomI followed to where he could've possibly went and there is a huge hole under the bathroom sickI finally wrote down everything in the unit that was wrong and took it to the rent officeThat was only days of being hereI gave them a month to fix things it didn't happenSo finally I wrote them a letter and threatened to put my rent in escrow and they finally come to fix things but not all the way just enough to say they cameThey waited a month to fix the ac and we moved in in July but again it only got fixed because of the letterSame situation with the window screensI've been paying to exterminate my own unit because they don't do it even though when you sign your lease they say they come out every Wednesday...blatant lie! There are shootings over here regularly I came home from work to a man that overdosed on heroin and he's laying at the bottom of the steps for everyone, including the hundreds of kids that live over here, to seeThe lot is not well litThey no longer have armed patrolThey tell you CPD patrols over here and that's a lieThey only come when called but that is about the to four times a weekPeople speed through the lot and the lighting is badNeedless to say my daughter was hit by one of the spenders on her way to her school bus stopI think I'll take the bad marks on my Fabco just to leave hereI spoke with them Last week and they agreed to fix this unit but nothing will fix this rodent and roach problem...Yes I'm angry as hell Some things are not worth itI guess the good thing is I dint have bedbugs, so there's the silver lining in this mess! Just Tuesday 11/22/insert with the property manager Katrina they agreed to try to fix whatever is wrong with this apartmentThey claim if I'm still unsatisfied them let me out of my lease on 01/31/They sent someone to exterminate on 11/23/but still nothing for the mouse problem in hereThis unit had coated me rent and extermination fees and no one has even thought to offer me any kind of reimbursement for all I've spent trying to keep this place clean and pest free
