I've been trying to contact the manager of the property for weeks now. Not only have I been trying to get in contact with the manger, but *** has been trying to get in contact with the manager. Every time I call the leasing agents states she's in a meeting. I've called as soon as they open, several times throughout the day and still cannot get in contact with them. I even asked for the property manager information to get in contact with them. The leasing agents states they don't have the contact information to the property manager. I am trying to move into an apartment, but my process has been delayed several weeks due to the the lack of response from the managers at Southwood. Their leasing agents have been immensely rude and unhelpful through the whole process. The leasing agents repeatedly requests for my information but no one has yet to reach out.
To Whom It May Concern: Case # *** Responding to the complaint made by Ms. *** in regards to not speaking with anyone is totally false. The rental verification was returned promptly to *** . Her reason for reaching out to Southwood was in regards to her former account. The Accountant for Southwood spoke with Ms. and explained to her the balance. Ms. continued to argue in disagreement with the accountant. Ms. admitted to living at Southwood , but then in tum stated that she was going to sue Southwood because we had no proof that she ever lived here, because she never got her address changed with ***. Ms. was provided the requested information and was not satisfied with the results. She was very rude to the accountant, who is in charge of the accounts and is able to provide the accurate information requested by *** and Ms..

The Communities of Southwood should make sure they are regulating all laws and policies. They’re response to my complaint came weeks after I had already been trying to contact them. I got denied the apartment from *** rentals due to the fact the the Communities of Southwood took entirely took long to send the verification letters. Also I will be moving forward with law suite due to the fact that I have documents from proving my termination of lease with Southwood as well as proof of the return of key. It has been stated by communities of Southwood they do do not have any documentation dating back to the initial end of the lease. When I’ve tried to reach out to Southwood I still ha e yet to talk to the manager or property manager as I have requested several times before. As well I have recordings of all phone conversations. I don’t understand how a business do not keep documentation of all clients.
