leave a message (###-###-####) You initially contacted us on January 15th regarding the returning of a monthly pass for February that is no longer neededYou were advised on the 15th to return that ticket to us Our agent recommended a trackable means (Certified or Priority) to expedite the shipping process On February 19th @ 7:33AM, our email agent responded to your second request about sending the ticket back to us At that time, the ticket has been in your possession for over a month and we charged your [redacted] for the transit subsidy amount from your employer that was never received by us ($130) This charge was used to completely pay off the $value of your month February ticket (Zone 9-Zone6) I have reviewed your account and I have noticed that we have still not received your
