Prescott Muir Architects (“PMA”) filed a complaint with the Revdex.com against The Competitive Edge Office Systems (“CE”) alleging a Xerox copier was faultyXerox inspected the copier more than once, and each time reported the copier was not faulty While CE is an authorized dealer of Xerox, CE did not enter into any agreement with PMA for goods and servicesAccordingly, CE has no legal obligation to PMA and, thus, PMA filed the Revdex.com complaint against the wrong partyThat said, as a matter of good will, CE sought to help PMA find an amicable resolution with Xerox In the end, PMA exercised an early buy-out option under its agreement with Xerox, and PMA owns the copier Accordingly, the matter has been resolved As a courtesy, on March 27, 2018, CE offered to arrange for Xerox to remove the copier, at Xerox’s expense, from PMA’s premises CE is awaiting a reply to its offer Therefore, CE is happy to report a resolution to the Revdex.com complaint CE has roots dating more than years, and strives to provide the highest level of customer service and corresponding customer satisfactionThank you, Dan J [redacted] The Competitive Edge Office SystemsVice President
