He simply needs to fill out the form, that is listed here: http://www.runrocknroll.com/virginia-beach/news/2016/09/2016-rock-n-roll-virgini... before the deadline of Sept 18 and we will then be issuing all transfers/refunds requsted for those that did not participate in the event due to Hurricane Hermine. We also offered options of picking up your packet on race day if you participants were not able to make it to the expo. Please provide this information to [redacted] or I am happy to reach out to him directly with this information again. Thanks!

I just spoke with him on the phone. We did issue refunds for those that registered and requested however he registered under a different name than what was used on the form. This has been clarified and we will be issuing him a check refund within the next two weeks since he transferred into the event and we cannot currently refund by credit card. Thank you!

We received an email from [redacted] this past Sunday and had not responded yet since our customer service representative assigned to the San Jose event was out of town. We offered a free deferral to the 2017 Rock 'n' Roll San Jose Half Marathon event and [redacted] has taken us up on that offer. This has been...

resolved. Thank you!

Very disappointed and frustrated. I ordered 3 items online, approximately December 2016 for the Humana Chicago R'n'R Half Marathon - July 2017 Event. I received an email on 1/30/2017, letting me know that my order would be shipped via USPS, USPS Priority Mail on 1/31/2017. I checked the status of my shipment several times via the tracker app on my phone for over a month and the same message continued to appear..."Shipping label created, USPS awaiting item 1/30/2017." I have emailed MR Chicago, Competitor Group and RaceIT. I have an impressive email trail showing my attempts to get this resolved. A representative from RaceIT suggested that I call Competitor Group directly. I finally was able to speak to someone over the phone on March 31, 2017. She stated that she would ship my 3 items to me once all 3 items were available to ship. She would keep me posted via email and I would receive a new tracking number via email as well. It is April 11, 2017. I have not received a follow up email, new tracking number or follow up phone call. I have been waiting for my merchandise for over 70 days now! I would like to have my merchandise shipped to me without further delay. If this company can't fulfill my order then they need to refund my credit card promptly.

Review: I ordered a $23.00 item on website on November 4th and it was charged to my credit card on November 5th. The email I received said the item would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. When I called to follow up, the receptionist told me that I needed to speak with [redacted] and that he was the manager of the merchandising department. I have now left him four messages and two to three emails. It is frustrating that I can't get a call back to let me know what is going on. This is not the way a business should be run. I would like to know if I should dispute this charge or if they are going to fulfill my order. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like my order fulfillled or an explanation of what exactly is going on.

Review: I purchased a pair of shorts at the competitor's race that was held in [redacted] on January 25, 2015. I still have the receipt and original tags on the shorts. Despite numerous attempts to reach competitor group to handle my return, they have failed to contact me and they have refused to help me exchange my items for the purchase price.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund of my charges, which total $37.06.

Review: In November of 2013, I ran the Rock N Roll Las Vegas Marathon put on by The Competitor Group. As part of the entry fee paid, a T-shirt was to be included. They were handed out at the end of the race. When I went to pick up my shirt, they were out of my size, and I was instructed to email them when I got home, and they would mail me a shirt. I first emailed the group a few days after my return from Las Vegas. I have gotten nothing but the run around. The have emailed [redacted] numerous times(the most recent ones being Feb. 24, Mar. 14, Mar. 17). [redacted] stated in her March 17th email that more shirts were being sent to the printers, and I should expect one soon. I gave her about a month, and emailed her again on April 23, and to date have received no response from her. I have made a few posts on Facebook regarding my problems, and they have answered a couple.

On May 11th, The Competitor Group send me a Facebook message stating that they would forward my concern to the event team. A week or so later I received a phone call from a "[redacted]," I was not able to answer the phone, so he left a message. I returned his call a few days later, and to date have not received any kind of response from him or anyone else from the Competitor Group.Desired Settlement: I just want what I was promised when I paid my entry fee, and again was promised at the end of the race. If this shirt cannot be provided, I would like my FULL registration fee refunded-I paid my entry fee in good faith based on the what the event was and what they provided. They promised a shirt at the event and did not deliver,

Review: I placed an order with competitor.com on Jan 8, 2014 for races I ran in 2013 with the Rock n Roll Marathon Series. There were items offered as a discount on the website; I was notified via email of the sale items. I ordered $53.00 worth of merchandise and charged these items to my American Express Card. I did not receive the items and have attempted to contact the company via email as directed by the "contact us" link on the website. I have had no response. I have been charged the full amount on my credit card though. In my attempts to contact the company to inquire about shipment I even copy and pasted the order number, etc. I did inform the company on my last email that I would contact the Revdex.com to report this problem if I didn't get a correspondence back. Again, I was charged the full amount for the items I purchased and did not receive.Desired Settlement: I would like a response from Competitor.com and would either like to receive my merchandise I was charged for or my refund to my credit card.
