“Each sheet is guaranteed for up to years against product defect provided the sheets are laundered in accordance with our recommended laundry instructions and are used for the manner intended, we will, at our option, repair or
replace any sheet that fails to be serviceable for washesIf we replace the sheet, we will pro-rate the actual service (washes) life compared to washes (for operational use, or years for retail use)For example, if the sheet becomes unserviceable at washes (or for retail months), and we elect to replace the sheet, we will issue a credit, but not a cash refund, equal to 50% of the purchase price.”
Paula in customer service re iterated this policy to Mr*** in her initial email to himHe expressed that he was disappointedPaula reached out to me as her supervisor and asked if we could make an exceptionI agreed and she made contact with Mr*** via email asking him what piece was pilling, when the issue started and how it was being launderedThese questions are in accordance with our warranty and with the intent of issuing a replacementAt that point, we were informed that Mr*** had filed a complaint
In response to Mr***’s complaint, we do already state on our website our warranty with the inclusion of years ownedI have attached a screen shot as wellWe had the intention of replacing Mr***’s sheet set as an exception to the warranty and would be happy to continue working with him on this matter

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***I would like to provide the factual information as the vendor appears to have a different outlookFirst and foremost the vendor posts a solid "COMPHY GUARANTEE" on the bottom of most pages on their websiteThese express warrantees DOES NOT INCLUDE a timeframe limitationI have searched their site and had to "DIG" to find the one and only place where a time frame is disclosed: About-FAQ-General-WarranteeFrom a consumer perspective; the product will meet the specific expectations as outlined in the express warrantee in the "COMPHY GUARANTEE" that does not outline a time line; which is deceptiveRegretfully the offer to replace my sheets was not communicated to me in a timely manner by the vendor it was only after I employed the Revdex.com for resolution was this resolution was finally communicated to meI'm disappointed to see that the vendor feels they clearly communicate their warrantee as that is not entirely true; however I will accept their offer to replace my queen size white sheet set at no cost to me and I find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, *** ***
