I talked with Mike on numerous occasions about my project, they were to reshingle my roof Thursday at 7-730 am.
The shingles were delivered by my lumberyrard the afternoon prior....
Thursday at 715...I talked again to Mike, informing him it was pouring down rain, he claimed to be on their way...looking at the radar they were going to head on down to Keokuk to finish a job and be at my place after lunch.
Thursday 1:00...sent a text message asking them to please pull.down two shingles for insurance reasons.
Thursday 4:30....left voice mail asking if I misunderstood and what was Plan B going to be.
Friday 7:30 (or earlier) am...called and hung up on voice mail.
