They took advantage of my mother who knows nothing about computers. My mother just had [redacted] installed. [redacted] was needing additional steps to set up preferences and my mother couldn't understand it so she took it to these guys for help. They uninstalled [redacted] from her computer downloaded a "free" antivirus from online then charged her $79 to do that. What kind of company does that!?
