I am sorry that you have received a complaint but I will do my best to address this issueI am very informed on this issueYour client *** *** has been very rude and totally unprofessionalHere is a time line on the client’s eventsThe customer came into our storeaShe had an
issue with her printerMy tech informed her that she may need to bring her computer in so that we can troubleshoot her connectionAfter informing the client she brought her computer and printer into the storeMy staff then tried several system checkups and virus scansIt was reported that her system had several viruses and one in particular (denial-of-service (DoS) attack) and other viruses that caused her system to not run correctly.bAfter the virus scan we informed the client that here system had viruses and that she could get them removed or we could upgrade her system to Windows The client came into the store and signed a service request allowing us to install a new operating system on her computerClient files:aThe client asked us to see if we can find her files and we informed her that we see some of her files but could not find some she was looking forShe got mad and called an out-side-tech to come to my store to her aidThe tech that she had come into my store said that he scanned her computer and seen that she did not find any viruses and that her computer was goodAt this point we asked the tech if the computer was good and she was printing, why was it in our shop also she asked if her tech could come in our workshop to watch us work on her systemI informed her no because of insurance and it would be totally unprofessionalIn order to appease the client I allowed him access.bAgain some of her files were found not all of them, but please note this was not our job nor did we offer or promise files backup to the clientAttitude, lies, and misinformation:aI have tried to help this client out I cleared her debt on the invoice she signed agreeing to pay $for services (She signed it)I offered her a new printer (she declined)She brought her son into my store and threatened my staffI explained to the client that if the computer leave this store that we are not liable if another tech look at or touch her systemShe agreed and took the computer anywayOn that note she took the computer from my store per her statement to you guys “She received a different computer” that she took from the store(Why would she take a computer that was not hers? Again her words “we store her hard drive” we can match her hard drive to the computer and prove that she is giving informationIf we had stolen her computer the how could she match a service tag and a hard drive on a computer she knows nothing about?bYour client statements are and wrongWe have been in business for many of years and never had a problem like thisProof and witnessesaWe have several cameras and witnesses that can account for your client and our behaviors and requestShould you have any questions please call me at 812-799-or [email protected]
