email addressTwill try to address his concerns.wrote to youMr*** has rented from Associated Realty Property Management since August of During thattime, we have utilized a variety of different computer software for management of both our tenant andowner contact systemsWhen Mr*** contacted our office to inform us that we were utilizing anincorrect email address, we changed what we thought was the only area that was utilized by our emailsystemAs it turned out, there was another area that needed to be changedAfter Mr*** notified usof the error, it took some time for us to realize where the program was accessing his email address.Mr*** is correct that we were using the incorrect email addressT believe that we have made thenecessary changes and that future errors will not occurT sincerely apologize, on behalf of AssociatedRealty Property Management, for any inconvenience Mr*** experienced.***

The response enclosed does not appropriately address the concerns outlinedThe following are my concerns with the cleaning report provided by ARPM. FIRST, the Sept delivery of a cleaning report was sent after a complaint with the Revdex.com was filedARPM appears to not regard the requests of customers with any importance until their misgivings are exposed to external review.SECOND, the Sept report includes notation that the carpet in the apartment needs cleaningThe carpet had been professionally cleaned days prior to the alleged date of inspection by Stanley Steamer, a carpet cleaning service referred to leasees by ARPM. THIRD, For item marked as NM, on previous request to ARPM to fix blinds/shades in the apartment, I was informed that ARPM does not provide blinds/shades for residents and that they were left behind by the previous lesseeThere should be no maintenance needed for this item, as maintenance was denied to myself and they were not provided in the apartment by ARPM.FOURTH, The second comment in the comments section is illegible.FIFTH, No "stopper" was provided to myself at the beginning of my lease, as indicated as NM on line 32.SIXTH, Other included comments are partially illegible and reference items that are responsibilities of the lessor ("Old Cabinets" and "Noisy Exhaust Fan"). As put forward before, It is known by myself and four other witnesses that the apartment was in no way needing of a "professional cleaning" and it follows that the deductions from my returned deposit were improper

We are in receipt of an additional complaint filed by [redacted] regarding our recentresponse to his first complaint. In his letter, Mr. [redacted] asks for clarification of several issues.I will address them in the order provided by Mr. [redacted].First. Mr. [redacted] indicates that his first request was ignored until after Associated Realty’sreceipt of the request from the Revdex.com. The initial email with the infonnationrequested was sent on September 8,2015. The letter from the Revdex.com arrived onSeptember 12, 2015.Second, Mr. [redacted] is concerned that the inspection form indicates that the carpets needed to becleaned. The account was not charged. for cleaning the carpeting.The third item Mr. [redacted] questions is the notation on the inspection report that the blinds werein need of repair. The account was not charged for repairs to the blinds.The fourth, fifth and sixth items address the notes at the lower portion of the inspection form.Each item is as follows; first the top area; #43(blinds>’Broken (left), #55(baseboard heater)-Bent.The lower portion: #1-Frame needs paint: #18 Need one (fire extinguisher), #21 (drip pans)Replace 1-large 1-small (pans are one part type), #29(exhaust fan) Very noisy, #30(kitchencabinets)-Very old, #31 (countertop)-Chipped., #32(kitchen sink) No stopper and #1 25(plunger)-Need one. Again, the account was not charged for any of the items listed.The last item Mr. [redacted] disputes is the cleaning cost deducted from the deposit. The cleaningneeded in the apartment was specified in N/C colum of the inspection report. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Associated Realty Property Management (ARPM) responded to the complaint on 10/17/2017. In the response, Kathy Moore stated that ARPM has made "necessary changes" to ensure that "future errors will not occur." She also noted that ARPM "sincerely apologizes" for the inconvenience. However, Heather O[redacted] at ARPM has contacted me at the unauthorized email address three times since the resolution. She contacted me on 10/17/2017, 10/18/2017, and 10/20/2017. Clearly, "necessary changes" have not been taken to ensure that "future errors will not occur." I am not one to speculate, but I feel that this may be in retaliation of my Revdex.com complaint. I sincerely thank you for your time and help.
