She mailed a card to order our product, the card says we will bill the customer later when the item is ready to be shipped. This card is to reserve...
your item(s), have also enclosed a copy of a example that our customers mail in.[redacted] hasn't received the order because she hasn't sent payment, and explained this to her on 1/16/2017 that the card does not say we will ship before payment. [redacted] explained she does not have the money right now to pay for this and I told her we will not cancel this order unless she asks us to, which she did not. I am responding to a complaint that was submitted 4/15/14, the ID number is [redacted]. The customer did purchase a ring from our company, and she was not satisfied with it, and was told she may return for a refund. Our company does not offer...
return labels, and she was told she would be refunded the cost of shipping, to include a copy of the return postage receipt in with the package. No one told her to insure the package or to pay that amount in shipping. When our company receives a returned item, our returns department puts a note on the account; for the account manager to issue a refund for the return shipping cost. There was no indication on this customers account that a postage receipt was included in the package to issue a refund.A refund in the amount of $13.00 has been processed for this customer. The customer will receive a full refund for her purchase. We hope this matter has been resolved.Kind Regards,
Review: I recieved a flyer in the mail showing a beautiful irish blessing ring,,,,I returned the order form,,,and in a couple days recieved the form to send payment,,,,so I did....I was charged 4.95 to ship the ring to me. in approx 2 weeks I recieved the ring. What a shock, the ring was cheap,poorly made. It was not even close to the picture on the flyer as far as quality. so the following day I sent it back it cost me almost 8.00 to send it back insured. The ring itself was only 55.00...but now im out about 13.00 . They misrepresented the quality completely..Desired Settlement: I would like to have my 13.00 back, since the ring didnt even look like the one they advertised.
