Review: - Referenced company is in breach of signed contract in 5 specified areas.

- 1st and 2nd specified areas for breach of signed contract are for late start date and late completion date for construction project. Under “SCHEDULE FOR WORK” of signed contract states that contractor shall begin work on or about June 9, 2014, and work shall be substantially completed on 3 to 5 days. Substantially completed means, point when work herein is 80% completed.

- Company began construction work on July 12, 2014, which is more than 1 month late and is 29 work days after June 9, 2014, and is almost 10 weeks after April 28, 2014.

- Low & high compensated damages are $70.85 & $214.67 for delay of start of construction work.

- Construction work was supposed to be substantially completed in 5 working days, which is July 17, 2014. Instead, company substantially completed construction work by pouring & finishing concrete on July 29, 2014, which is 10 work days after July 12, 2014.

- Low & high compensated damages are $417.50 & $835.00 for delay of completion of construction work.

- 3rd specified area for breach of signed contract is not satisfying width requirements for installation of new front sidewalk. Charge of $400.00 for Sidewalk in contract was for removing old existing concrete sidewalk and installing new concrete sidewalk that was 3 inches higher, matching existing step heights and same width, as old sidewalk that was 61 inches. However, width of new concrete sidewalk is only 47 inches, which is 14 inches less than old sidewalk.

- Low & high compensated damages for not satisfying width requirements for installation of new front sidewalk are $100.00 & $400.00.

- 4th specified area for breach of signed contract is not satisfying all technical requirements for application of red brick ribbons in both front sidewalk and side porch sidewalk. Charge of $200 for red brick borders & ribbons in contract was for applying red brick borders & ribbons that are perpendicular to borders in both front sidewalk and side porch sidewalk. However, red brick ribbons were neither applied to front sidewalk nor side porch sidewalk.

- Low & high compensated damages for not satisfying application of red brick ribbons in both front sidewalk and side porch sidewalk are $50.00 & $100.00.

- 5th specified area for breach of signed contract is not satisfying all technical requirements for backfilling & seeding. Charge of $350 for backfilling & seeding in contract was for backfilling open areas in ground after construction efforts & seeding of top soil. However, not enough fill dirt was used to fill in open areas in ground. Instead, just top soil was used, which is already sinking toward ground.

- Low & high compensated damages for not satisfying requirement for properly backfilling open areas using enough fill dirt are $50.00 & 150.00.

- Low & high total amount of compensated damages for not satisfying above specified areas in contract are $688.35 & $1699.67.Desired Settlement: Want to receive compensated damages from contractor for not satisfying above 5 specified areas in contract between low amount of $658.35 to high amount of $1599.67.

Review: I spent almost 10,000 dollars on work that they did - there are fading issues with the driveway and shoddy workmanship on the porch. They kept promising over and over and over again to fix the situation. They were initially contacted within a week of the completed project. They never made it right. I was lied to and ripped off. I even went down to their place of business in person several times, each time reassured they would be back out and fix it. They never did. I would never recommend them for so much as a patio for a dog house. They are terrible people who do shoddy work and just plain steel your money.Desired Settlement: I want them to fix the situation like they promised.
