They did a job for my neighborUsing my side yard as a break area and trash for there cigarette buts, empty soda cans and trash from fast foodWe had a cold spell come in so they left open packs of soda lay in my yard I came home around 4pm one day and the worker (self proclaimed yrs experience) was hitting my siding with his bull float"did I wake you up?" referring to the continuous hitsEvidently he did leave marks which I cleaned up but did leave a punctureOn March 30th I contacted Ron via text with a picture of the damage, he abruptly said what would I like with no apologyI said I have some extra siding and he said he has a siding guy and will call meNever has He rushed my neighbors job, did two pours instead of promised threeRain and snow came in and the guys "worked" the concrete to muchthey covered it and left plastic and re bar marks in the drive, one pad is slightly higherRon promised he would seal the drive to make up for that and never didThat job and one other I know no lien waiver was signed by RonSeemed like he just wanted to get paid and get out I have pictures of the trash and siding

Client notified Concrete Guys in regards to the crack in driveway*** went to check the crack, and discussed with client
At that time, *** stated that there wasn't a concrete warrantyThe client stated he wasn't holding The Concrete Guys responsible, because he knew it was the concrete company's faultAs the client stated he parks his oversized vehicle on the slabClient stated the crack wasn't that bad, but he wants to sell the house and would like everything perfect*** quoted client $1,to repour concrete, after the client stated he wanted to tear out himself, because he wasn't holding The Concrete Guys responsibleClient presented *** with a concrete psi test resultThe test results indicated the concrete was bad*** stated that he would contact the concrete company to review the test results to see what the concrete company would do and possibly honor replacement costConcrete company failed to respond in a timely mannerAfter months of repeated phone calls to concrete company, *** *** owner of *** concrete stated that they will not honor replacement costs stating that the test was not validThe Concrete Guys strive to use the best quality materials, and therefore decided to not do business with *** concrete any longerThis is the only concrete company who would not honor replacing their bad concrete, and The Concrete Guys do not recommend using them and will notify Revdex.comThe Concrete Guys feel they have done everything they could to help resolve this matter

It has been over three years since this was done. There is no warranty on concrete. He is driving 9 ton trucks on a 2 inch concrete drive. It will not hold up.

There was only one small section that had an issue. This is common with concrete. I told him we would be happy to drill some holes to solve the issue. We put so much rock underneath that there would be nothing happening to that driveway. I told him that is the only solution we have for it, nothing...

we could do. Also, nothing is going toward the house, I guarantee it. He refused to have holes put in the driveway. I bid him $8000 for a $14000 driveway.

Had my driveway and walkway replaced, they knew the city codes were very efficient and the finished job is great
