***, has told me how to do my job since I first talked to him about a issue on the walk that would not have been covered in the warranty in the first place but I felt we was at fault for not informing him what he told my crew to do was not going to hold up in ohio's winter for the finish on the walk way sure enough it didnt, I then offered many other options including decorative finishes on the walkwayI made trips out there to meet with him this year alone hrs one way he canceled mins before times [redacted] was very adamant the walk just needed tore out and redone they way I told him the rd time I was out there last yearhe canceled mins before on of those as well [redacted] was very adamant I had to do it at certain times and days so he could be thereand first day we tore it out with plans to pour same day but it rainhe was not there that daybut he called and text me times telling me how to do my job why my phone was in truck then I think it was like a wend or thurs we poured him back again rain in forecasthe told me to cover iti didntand walk is fine was plenty hard enough before rain hit and water makes concrete strongerhe telling me will make it weaker again telling me how to do my jobi pretty sure his job was a min job not but I can be wrong sealer sticky for days yea so he has told mebut I not ever notice it sticky more than a hrand I been doing this yearso this a new one for mehe told me I needed to strip all the sealercause of drip markson the colors stenciled facehe did not pay for we gave it to him for free..his only real complaint here is he told me to seal his brick cause our concrete is to shinny around iti told him we didnt do the brick but sealed the concrete as he told me tooi left him the sealer to do the brink him self if he wants but I am not goign to powerwash the mold and white paint he has on what he calls vintage brick and was falling apart as I attempted to power wash for him.I have been told lie after lieof why and when it had to be done because of this or thisand non of it happened on his endyes he told me to power wash the brick we did not doand seal iti never once responded to saying I would on what he calls a front patiois really a porch and I did seal the porch part we didand the face we gave him cause he said we left drip marks with sealer but really cause they sealed top and at corners it looked like a drip and that was simply sealed meaning that custom facing he didnt pay for he said didnt matterbut we did it to make if match his brick he told me to seal but I not do the brik and again left him the sealer to do it himself if he wishes.by the way the walk never cracked if so would have been covered in warranty not something I felt bad about cause we did not inform him about what he told us to do that would not hold up in ohio's winters..Revdex.com rating was a b+ at time he hired meand he was a repeat customer would be the real reason why he hired me on his new vintage house

I am
rejecting this response because: When is this going to be done I have not been contacted I want a date This was a poor job that I paid for and this should be taken care of sooner than later If I had been contacted when I was promised I would not have contacted Revdex.com

I have responded to thisand she was not happy with my response here on Revdex.comshe then wanted a date I gave here a date here.. on Revdex.comi put it on my scheduleand I have never heard back from her via Revdex.com

As I said the warranty will not expire because it was brought to my attention well with in the 2 years, and even if she didn't for 4 years I will take care of it, I always take care of my warranty's In this case, it is not even a warranty issue and I still said, "i will take care of it"

[redacted], has told me how to do my job since I first talked to him about a issue on the walk that would not have been covered in the warranty in the first place but I felt we was at fault for not informing him what he told my crew to do was not going to hold up in ohio's winter for the finish on the...

walk way..  sure enough it didnt, I then offered many other options including decorative finishes on the walkway.. I made 9 trips out there to meet with him this year alone 1.5 hrs one way he canceled 10 mins before 3 times.. [redacted] was very adamant the walk just  needed tore out and redone they way I told him the 3 rd time I was out there last year. he canceled 10 mins before on 2 of those as well... [redacted] was very adamant I had to do it at certain times and days so he could be there.. and first day we tore it out with plans to pour same day but it rain.. he was not there that day.. but he called and text me 40 times telling me how to do my job why my phone was in truck..  then I think it was like a wend or thurs we poured him back again rain in forecast.. he told me to cover it.. I didnt.. and walk is fine was plenty hard enough before rain hit and water makes concrete stronger.. he telling me will make it weaker again telling me how to do my jobi pretty sure his job was a min job not 3500.00 but I can be wrong sealer sticky for days yea so he has told me.. but I not ever notice it sticky more than a hr.. and I been doing this 25 year.. so this a new one for me.. he told me I needed to strip all the sealer.. cause of drip marks.. on the colors stenciled face.. he did not pay for we gave it to him for free..his only real complaint here is he told me to seal his brick cause our concrete is to shinny around it.. I told him we didnt do the brick but sealed the concrete as he told me too.. I left him the sealer to do the brink him self if he wants but I am not goign to powerwash the mold and white paint he has on what he calls vintage brick and was falling apart as I attempted to power wash for him.I have been told lie after lie.. of why and when it had to be done because of this or this.. and non of it happened on his end.. yes he told me to power wash the brick we did not do.. and seal it.. I never once responded to saying I would on what he calls a front patio.. is really a porch and I did seal the porch part we did.. and the face we gave him cause he said we left drip marks with sealer but really cause they sealed top and at corners it looked like a drip and that was simply sealed meaning that custom facing he didnt pay for he said didnt matter.. but we did it to make if match his brick he told me to seal but I not do the brik and again left him the sealer to do it himself if he wishes.by the way the walk never cracked if so would have been covered in warranty not something I felt bad about cause we did not inform him about what he told us to do that would not hold up in ohio's winters..Revdex.com rating was a b+ at time he hired me.. and he was a repeat customer would be the real reason why he hired me on his new vintage house
