Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] This was not how it was explained to us before buying the fountainAfter purchasing the fountain and installing it, I went back for clarificationThey backpedaled and gave me the same response as was sent in the response to the Revdex.comTheir response is contradictoryThe first part of the letter says you have to take the fountain apart then in the second (at your own risk as they now tell me) you can leave it outside When we purchased the fountain the only words were "you can leave it outside uncovered, as recommended as long a you clean out the drain holes At this point I don't wish to persue it any longerFrom their letter I've determined it's a lost cause to ask them to change what they advertise to the customer I now believe "BEWARE the customer"
