We quoted and installed used tires on [redacted] Pontiac GT for $ It was never quoted for new tires She agreed, we had the used tires installed at a tire shop, gave her back her car She drove car home and she then drove car through a pot hole and it cracked her rim, had a blow out She returned and we had another used tire put on for her We even went to the extent of driving to her house to pick up the bad wheel and tires after hours We had the wheel repaired by welding at no extra cost to her but to us We gave her a paid for receipt for the used tires for $ She still was not happy with us She had her boyfriend call the shop in the morning and he yelled at my wife on the phone, so I called him back, he then threatened me with physical violence Later that day I had to leave the shop to pick up a vehicle for repair, [redacted] then showed up at our shop with her boyfriend and another gentleman looking for me My employee and wife was there taking care of the front office while I was gone [redacted] had been refunded her entire $with cash from me earlier that week [redacted] became irate and demanded that she wanted copies of her repair work by the end of the day My wife having to take phone calls and take care of business while I was gone, told her that since her repairs are not in our computer system she could not print them out for her at that moment We stopped using the invoicing program back in February due to lack of funds and we now do our invoices hand written on repair orders we buy from the office supply store Therefor my wife explained to her she would have the copies ready for her at the end of the day on Monday [redacted] never showed up for her copies and we have not heard from her or her boyfriend since.We did everything in our power to do the sale professionally
I was quoted $to rebuild the engine on my Ford F-and it would take two weeksThe mechanic who told me he was working on it said he has 20+ years of experienceIt's been over months and my truck is not doneThey keep telling me it will be done next weekIt never gets done and I'm ways getting excuses as to why it's not doneI keep calling and they don't return my calls oftenI stop by frequently only to get the run aroundI asked to see all the parts receipts I paid for and they had nothing to show meI have already given them $for partsI feel I'm being taken advantage of I would of ever done business with these people if I knew this was going to happenThey also have a Revdex.com accredited sign in their office!

No threats were made to the wife. She became irrate over the phone when I asked if the tire was done. Yes, I asked for 4 new tires and was provided two "because the others were fine". I did not hit a pot hole, I barely got on the road when my tire flew off. It flew off because of the cracked rim not because of road hazards. I am NOT comfortable with the weld job. The owner even said it may last a week or a year he didn't know. I want them to send me a check for a new rim since their company (or their tire company, but they need to take responsibility for their service via their customers) damaged it while replacing/rotating tires. It's a $500 rim that was fine when it went to them. I am simply asking for them to pay for the damage.
