The [redacted] is not an enforcement authority [redacted] has already denied your claim because we were able to easily prove the breeches you returned were dirty, damaged, and lacked cleanlinessUnder our return policy we clearly state we only accept new items back as returns This is a pretty standard policy amongst retail storesWhile we appreciate the [redacted] role in our community, this is simply a customer who thinks by complaining to the [redacted] we will process her returnShe was instructed if she wanted her used breeches back she needed to pay us for the shipping and we will gladly return them to herWe will not respond further as this issue is closed, she knows what she needs to do.If you are a customer or potential customer reading this, please know the vast majority of our customers have no problem following our very generous return policy of six months for exchange and days to refundWe even pay for your exchangesSimply return the items in the same new condition you received them with all original tags and packaging and we process it without trouble, just like we do for everyone else who happily is able to comply

On the advice of our attorney we are not filing an additional response as we will be filing a direct complaint for libelous statements *** *** has made against our companyThe *** *** *** like all publishing authority has the due diligence and responsibility of proving the accuracy of all statements they publish before they are published publiclyWe assert and finalize all statements made by us made were true and correct, any assertion otherwise is engagement in libel and will de addressed as defamatory, and potentially damaging to our company reputation

I am rejecting this response because: I’m sending this rejection commentI totally disagree with the connected riderI absolutely did not wear, wash or dry these breechesI also did not replace the tagsWhat kind of a company is thisAnd I asked *** *** to see what they could doThey did not reject the return , the connected rider didAmerican *** can only ask on my behalf for a refundThis has been a nightmare. Thank you for your concern

While we appreciate the [redacted] role in our community, this is simply a customer who thinks by complaining to the [redacted] we will process her return. She was instructed if she wanted her used breeches back she needed to pay us for the shipping and we will gladly return them to her. We will not respond further as this issue is closed, she knows what she needs to do.If you are a customer or potential customer reading this, please know the vast majority of our customers have no problem following our very generous return policy of six months for exchange and 30 days to refund. We even pay for your exchanges. Simply return the items in the same new condition you received them with all original tags and packaging and we process it without trouble, just like we do for everyone else who happily is able to comply.
