The above complaint was generated by Mr*** *** Mr*** is the son of one of our patients, *** ***, whom we treated for wounds during the period April through July, Our company provides wound management to long term care facilities, hospitals, LTAC facilities
and home care throughout the State of Ohio Mrs*** was a hospice patient As such, the goal of treatment is palliation and pain control Mr*** is listed as the alternate Power of Attorney for *** ***. Mrs*** and/or her Power of Attorney have contractual agreement with their insurance company Her insurance is such that she is responsible for balance billingMr*** is alleging that they are not responsible for this balance billing due to the fact that we did not have permission to see his mother. When our provider went in to evaluate and treat Mrs***, her daughter, who is her Power of Attorney, was present and our provider explained the goal of treatment and discussed the treatment itself No invasive procedures were performed. The amount that Mr*** is disputing is $ At this point, Northeast Surgical has expended more than that in time and efforts responding to Mr***. We are willing to write this amount off of our books as a bad debt, providing this is an end to the entire situation. Friendly staff, that helped me find the car I was looking for (sadly I didn't get a Lambourghini...) but I found a reliable car for years to comeThey made the paperwork as easy as possible to help
Get me what I needed to walk off the lot with my new car! A few months later my car still works and runs great, and I wanted to give this company the kudos it deserves
I come from Denver and originally dealt with dealers that left me feeling like a piece of meat to be attacked by tigers, rude and just wanting to take my hard earned money
So actually walking away with a pleasant experience here, I'm proud to say I hope to be doing business with Connection Motors for years to comeWhenever anyone I know is looking for a car, they've got my vote

I appreciate the Revdex.com's involvement in coming to a satisfactory resolution regarding my complaint . My main objective was to report what I believe is questionable business practices by Surgical Wound Care Center Inc. Their response is merely what they suggest was communicated during a conversation between their representative and my sister [redacted]. The respondent did not include all the details that should have been discussed if they truly intended to provide services with complete transparency A Consent to Treat Form outlining the responsibilities of both parties would have avoided any misunderstanding of their policies and procedures. Whether their current approach is by design or merely a lack of procedural insight can only be left to speculation.
Unfortunately, SWCC's business practices will never be challenged by the majority of people they service. Most are too sickly,mentally incapable, or simply do not understand what questions to ask. It was also on their behalf that I submitted my complaint.

First of all, I was told I could be approved no matter what my situation was, I honestly didnt believe them, but when I finally got to the dealer, they approved me for just about anything I wanted! I was outstanded, A little down payment didnt hurt! In the long run, I have a newer car that I didnt even expect to get and got great monthly payments! I'd reccomend anyone to purchase a used car from here!
