My mother, *** ***, hired Paul Doe to do resurface of concrete and sealing of her blacktop driveway He said he knew how to do it and guaranteed he did good work and would come back if it was not good Since he was recommended by another, he was give the benefit of a doubt to complete it This was done in August Upon completion, it was not at all what we expected It didn't look professional at all but gave him the benefit of a doubt thinking he was a man of his word and a man of honor It is now months later, April 2017, and the concrete work he did is breaking up and cracking He was paid $1,to do this work and now there is nothing to show for it I expect him to stand behind his work and come do it right or refund the entire amount of what was paid to him I am *** ***'s daughter, *** *** who is helping her file this complaint
