We purchased a new truck on ***, 2017, from them and everyone was so friendly and there was absolutely no pressure to buyIt is the first Chevrolet we have ever purchased and even our salesman went through the truck to let us know what every button was and how to use itThey went above and beyond to accommodate our needsOur plan is to continue to deal with them because if there service is as good as the purchase we have it made
Took vehicle there as an insurance job. Told two weeks to complete. Not and not update given or reason until almost a month down the road. Poor customer communication. Inaccurate quotes and timeframe to repair vehicle took over a month. Then vehicle still required additional work, gave me back an unaligned vehicle without informing me. All downhill again. I had to pay out of pocket at another facility just to get job done. Got tired of waiting for this place to do the job they were hired to do. All they did was put me off. [redacted]
