The problem that we are having is that i'm a non smokerWhen speaking with the "Hotel Manager" she stated that the housekeeping staff "smelt smoke in the hallway near my room"When asked for evidence that smoking was found in my room they could not provide me with anyThey have a housekeeping staff who claims they found something in my room indicating that I smoked in itThey have failed to mention the fact the there was a party going on, on the same floor down the same hallway in which security was called up for to settle them downIm being held responsible and charged a smoking fee for something that they have no physical evidence ofNot acceptable
