Thank you for your noticeWe have been in direct contact with Mr [redacted] several times by email regarding this parking issue Mr [redacted] is referencing in his complaintWe started receiving calls at the end of regarding our lack of parking in certain areas of the communityAfter surveying the community after hours, weekends and during the day, we came to the conclusion to add additional parking spaces where we couldWe had several contractors out inspecting, surveying and drawing up plans to add additional spacesIn January 2016, the community add additional spaces throughout the communityIn the area of where Mr [redacted] lives, we added 6+ parking spaces and the rest throughout the communityWe also emailed out letters to all residents asking them if they have a garages, to please utilize the garage as parking and not storage just like out community policy readsWe start distributing parking passes for all resident and assigned the parking in front of the office as visitor parking to ensure that all residents have a places to park in our community Mr [redacted] has a detached garage that he is using to store his work equipment and personal items in and not park his vehicle in the garage which is against our community policiesWe have asked Mr [redacted] remove the items in his garage and to park in his garage so he would be guaranteed a parking space every nightMr [redacted] is refusing to do so, therefore he is taking up a single parking space for other residents and over flow from other buildings for residents to park by Mr [redacted] not parking in his assigned garageWe have also offered Mr [redacted] storage units in our community for him to be able to relocate his work equipment and personal items at no cost, so he is able to park in his garage and he has declined our offerIf Mr [redacted] would like to come in and talk with us, we will be more than happy to help him and see if we have a larger garage with additional space for him to be able to park his vehicle and store his equipment and personal itemsSincerely,Amber [redacted] , Community Manager

community after hours, weekends and during the day, we came to the conclusion to add additional parking spaces where we could. We had several contractors out inspecting, surveying and drawing up plans to add additional spaces. In January 2016, the community add 42 additional spaces throughout the community. In the area of where Mr. [redacted] lives, we added 6+ parking spaces and the rest throughout the community. We also emailed out letters to all residents asking them if they have a garages, to please utilize the garage as parking and not storage just like out community policy reads. We start distributing parking passes for all resident and assigned the parking in front of the office as visitor parking to ensure that all residents have a places to park in our community.  Mr. [redacted] has a detached garage that he is using to store his work equipment and personal items in and not park his vehicle in the garage which is against our community policies.
