I was contacted in November 2018 by TCFI and was told all the same things, no out of pocket fees only 5% to TCFI to come out at the close of the contract. I paid all of the same fees as the previous complaint and more, so they absolutely knew about the charges at hand and did not disclose them which I was told by TCFI that if they knew about the charges from the SAT they would of told me. Lie, Lie Lie as you can see by the dates of the previous complaint. I was provided a fake passport from RGW the consultant I’m dealing with. They stole a dissolved company name and reinstated it as did DIH. I was promised after every payment that was made that the contract would go to close in a 24 to 48 hr. time frame, it never happened and all I was asked to do is send more money. After paying out more then double what I paid for the timeshare and more then the amount Iwas offered for the 10 weeks I shut it down when I was asked to pay 20,000 for a luxury tax. I also found out they stole the address they use, they never had a lease at the Spruce st. address nor did DIH at the Tejon st. address. If you are involved in this you know what I am talking about. I received a call from the buyers attorneys and low and behold the call came from Mexico and it is the same number that is on the bottom of the forms sent from DIH claiming that, that is the number for the SAT. These people need to be stopped and I need help doing it, so if you had involvement and are in the same position please come forward and disregard the 60 day complaint clause in the contract cause you will never get your payout anyway. Please help me and come forward with your complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: We have tried to come to a resolution but your only resolve has been to continue to make payments. I have responded to you by email also.

Good afternoon,

We again appreciate your interest, but you are not responding to any of our questions. Unfortunately, requirement will not be fulfilled since Mr. has the information he needs and is in communication with us; as much as we appreciate your interest, we do not feel comfortable providing additional information at this time nor to third party.

Thank you.

Here is my horror story. I was contacted by TCFI in November of last year by a consultant who said he had a business man who wanted to rent ten weeks of my timeshare in Mexico with the promise of no out of pocket fees. I like a fool entered the contract. To make a very long story short I made thousands of dollars worth of payments only to receive a notice that another payment was required in order to get my pay out. I did a lot of research and found out that this company reinstated a company in Colorado that was dissolved in 2000 to make it look like they have been in business for 19 yrs. , when in fact there web site was just created in June 2018. I was provided with several referrals all of which are people connected with the company to tell you they completed the transaction all just to get you to send more money. I have just recently learned that all of the documents provided to me from the SAT and bank statements are fake. I was promised numerous times that I would receive my payout after a certain payment was made, all lies. Here is a list of the payments made in order to receive my payout. FIR, ADMIN FEE, 16% IVA tax, Ten years maintenance fees,SRE permit, excess of income tax, 6%. Bank fee, free and clear certificate, I made all payments with the promise of a payout then I got hit with the last requirement, the luxury tax which was a 20,000 dollar fee. This is when I shut it down. Now I am being threatened by the buyers so called attorneys that if I don’t make the payment they will sue me and take me to court. I,m looking forward to the confrontation because I know now that this is 100% a scam. Be very, very careful before you decide to enter in to a deal with TCFI or DIH. I also had one of the consultants send me his passport info which I forwarded to the FBI which came back as a complete fake and the phone # on the bottom of the SAT documents is a fake, it’s a total set up to make you believe that you are contacting the SAT, when in fact the call goes to the main scammers in Mexico. My recommendation is STAY AWAY if you don’t want to go through the same kind of hell that I have been through In the last 10 months.

In January 2019, I was contacted by Richard *** of “The Consultants” wanting to purchase 10 weeks of my time share with Villa del Palmar for $3,495.00 per week. My only cost was to be a 5% commission. I asked for further information and Angela *** from “Diversified Holdings” sent me a contract to sign. I did so. I was then contacted by Noah *** of “The Consultants” indicating the he would be taking over for Richard ***. A chronology of events follows:
January 29, 2019: Email from Noah *** establishing a closing date of March 11, 2019.
January 31, 2019: 1st bombshell - Angela *** says we need to pay $3,250.00 for foreign investor registration.
March 1, 2019: Paid fee.
March 11, 2019: 2nd bombshell – Angela *** says we need to pay $4,150.00 closing fee.
March 15, 2019: Paid fee.
March 21, 2019: Email from Noah *** saying we should be funded today.
March 22, 2019: 3rd bombshell – Angela *** says we need to pay $5,592.00 for IVA tax.
June 3, 2019: Received a letter from Melvin ***, CEO of Diversified Holdings, in which they guaranteed we not suffer any financial loss if we remained in full compliance with our contract. We were at that time and still are in full compliance with the contract.
June 10, 2019: Paid fee.
June 14, 2019: Email from Noah *** indicating that we would get our funds this week.
June 18, 2019: 4th bombshell – Angela *** says we need to pay $4,200.00 for a SRE permit fee.
July 2, 2019: As per contract, gave “The Consultants” and “Diversified Holdings” 60 days notice that we intended to complain to the Revdex.com and other entities as appropriate in regards to this matter.
August 6, 2019: Received a letter from the Mexican Government guaranteeing funding if the remaining $4,200.00 is paid.
September 13, 2019: Paid fee.
September 20, 2019: Received an email from Noah *** saying that we should get our funds today.
September 24, 2019: 5th bombshell – Angela *** says we need to pay another $8,738.00 for excess income tax.
September 25, 2019: Discussed issue with Noah *** on the phone. He acknowledged that we are in full compliance with the contract. He requested 2 days to try to clear up the matter. I agreed to give him until 5:00pm, EST, September 27, 2019.
It could be a coincidence that I was asked for more money 2 days after each payment but I do not believe in coincidences. These two companies are supposed to be professionals so they knew or should have known about these extra charges and should have informed me at the outset. I have paid nearly half ($17,192) of the $34,950 that I was originally promised. Certainly sounds like a scam to me by Diversified Holdings with The Consultants as their shill. I could be wrong and, if they come through with the money, I will apologize but I doubt that will happen. According to the contract, which Noah admitted that I am in compliance with, I should be entitled to a full refund.
