The owner of this property was updated the day he sent in the first comment This was an unusual situation with the tenant leaving the home, the rent was paid on the 7th of January from the previous tenant I was out of the office that next week and when I returned on the 18th, we send the rent due to the owner that day The property also has been rented with a new tenant moving in on March 1st
