Customer was issued a refund via PayPalWe did respond to there messages and was holding off shipping a live animal till the weather was safe and not in the single digits or negative

Customer was aware we where moving stores and not shipping out for over a month. Customer has since received a full refund.

I am contacting the customer now for to refund them. Phil (the owner) has ran away to get a full time job basically. So I am left cleaning up his messes he left. I am an investor in the company. thanks.
