that if you would ask to see the check that he is claiming to give the firm, that it will not have anything to do with The Cornerstone Group of NY LLC. This is a false claim, and I don't even understand how and why someone who make a claim with a firm that has NO relationship with this individual. This is a false claim and I urge the Revdex.com to investigate this false claim that is tarnishing other businesses with False Claims I suggest [redacted] to make a claim to the company he gave a payment to and services, because The Cornerstone Group of NY LLC has no affiliation with [redacted] at all. I look forward to your earliest reply

I have read the response from [redacted] who claims to have never  conducted business with me.  I find his account offensive and grossly untrue.  Please understand that this firm initially went under the name of [redacted], to which [redacted] was a representative.  In an effort to evade clients that they have duped, they have changed their company name and address several times.  My last contact with [redacted] was approximately three months ago.  At this time [redacted] offered me a settlement , needless to say he never honored this agreement.  I ask you, the Revdex.com to please intercede and investigate this company and its history.  I am looking to be reimbursed the full amount.   Please note that I know of other people that have also duped by [redacted] and his partners, who were convinced into not paying their mortgage and almost lost their home. I will furnish their information upon your (Revdex.com) request.  Thank you for your care and consideration into investigating this matter. [redacted]

Review: On or about mid year 2012, my fiance and I were looking to lower our mortgage payments through the [redacted] program. A friend recommended the Cornerstone Group as a company that would do all of the paperwork and procedures necessary to get approved for the program. We contacted them and [redacted] came to our residence and informed us to pay our upcoming mortgage to his company which would be credited to the [redacted] refinance program. I contacted the company approximately four weeks later and was informed that they were still working on it. This put us in a bind because the monies were never forwarded to our mortgage company. After the second month, I demanded a refund because either no one answered the phone at the company and at other times we were constantly kept on hold, then the line went dead. Shortly thereafter, I went to their address which was then located at [redacted]. I was informed my [redacted] and his associate [redacted] that the $2,969.00 would be refunded in installments because they didn't have the money. Needless to say, to date they have yet to make good on their commitment. Please be informed that the friends that recommended us to this business almost lost their home because they were informed by [redacted] to stop paying their respective mortgage. To date, the business has moved again to its current location on [redacted]. I am asking for your assistance in this matter. I know that I am not the only victim of these individuals and their constant relocating is obviously their attempt to evade paying back other customers (like us) that they have swindled as well. I must add, that [redacted] has duped me on numerous occasions stating that the checks have been mailed, none have ever been received. For this reason, I am asking for your help in collecting this debt. Please. Thank you very much for your cooperation and consideration in this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the full amount of $2,969.00. Based on the fact that no application was ever filed or any attempt was made by these individuals to submit our application for the [redacted] Refinance program.
