The Cornice Store

I have had a long standing customer relationship with the owner of the Cornice Store for several years. I have found Lynn G[redacted] to be nothing but an honest and truly professional businessman in all aspects. He has gone out of his way to insure that my needs were met in order to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. At one point, when he was visiting the area where I live, he took time from his personal agenda to meet with me to introduce himself and explain his product to me in such detail that I had any and all questions answered. He absolutely is the epitome of a gentleman, and trustworthy salesman if one ever existed. I would NEVER hesitate to do business with him or his company in the future. I recommend Lynn G[redacted] and The Cornice Store to anyone who is interested in working with a true professional who sells quality merchandise for extremely reasonable prices.

I was SOOO excited to try this product. Half of the shipment arrived and not the other. When I contacted them, I was told to wait a week and then they would trace the package and resend another. WHAT!?!?! Wait a week. It is a week later and still no other half. I was advised by the Postal Department to return the 1/2 I have and now I will probably be charged a 10% restock fee for something I never received. Not at all happy with this company or their customer service.

I would like to give a shout out for the wonderful customer service I have received from The Cornice Store. They have ALWAYS handled any of my requests. The mail these days can make it difficult to get packages delivered on time but Lynn try's his best to have product delivered as quickly as possible and I appreciate his help.
