Today we refunded this customer in full by PayPal When the customer called they did not leave any of their details so we had no way of knowing that they needed a refund.They did not contact us by email. Also, the customer did activate their software, so they should not have
experienced any problems.Its quite possible they didn't read the setup instructions. Very best wishes,The Corporate Services Group
