My attorney thought I worked for him and not the other way around. Randy should be a paralegal. What a waste of money. $5000.00 dollars. I gave them for filling out paperwork and one mediation call. I couldn't even tell you what my attorney looks like. Covid 19 takers.

The “outstanding balance” is money you own the law firm. You can make payment using the following link: ***. If you fail to make a prompt payment for the balance owed I will add 30% onto what is owed pursuant to paragraph 2. e. of the attached fee agreement you signed as well as interest pursuant to paragraph 2. c. and then send this matter to a collections company.

Thanks for the response. Unless your attorney is going to contact us to get the balance paid, there is no need for your attorney to contact us regarding the money you owe. I take your email response as a refusal to pay what you owe and a repudiation of the contract you signed, and I will be sending your account to collections as detailed below asap (likely Monday). You can deal with my collections company and their attorney going forward.
