I have attached the [redacted] to show where payments were not made as well as copy of their lease It states on Page ( I circled it) that rent is due, on the first day of every month, without demand from us for paymentOn Page three is gives an explanation of late fees...There is an additional $late fee and $per day until the amount is paid in full up to $Which is the amount that was charged in January for late fees Please let me know if you need any other documentation I believe I have presented the necessary facts to offset the claim Thank you for your help with this [redacted]

fees...There is an additional $35 late fee and $10 per day until the amount is paid in full up to $195 Which is the amount that was charged in January for late fees.   Please let me know if you need any other documentation.  I believe I have presented the necessary facts to offset the claim.  Thank you for your help with this. [redacted]
