The Cottages of Tempe

Watch out! These people coerced my young adult daughter into signing a lease The lease contained errors and omissions and my daughter was neither financially nor situationally eligible to lease there The Cottages are now attempting extortion by referring the 'debt' to a collection agency To my amazement, they are attempting to collect from me as well (with no contact, discussion or signatures from me or my wife) via the same collection agency
These are unethical, and questionably legal practices As the Cottages of Tempe has pressed this issue, we will of course have to dispute and bring legal action if necessary
There were a few similar reviews for the Cottages online, but generally, the reviews were good It appears the 'bad' reviews were correct
