Revdex.com,
I am writing with reference to [redacted] in regards to the letter I received on March 28 2014.
We take great care to ensure that important matters such as this are properly managed. It is...

very important to us that our customers are happy! We want to do this for Ms [redacted], We just don’t know how. So we welcome the help of the Revdex.com to get this finally resolved. We anxiously await a time that we can put this behind us.
Overview:
Ms.[redacted] ordered butcher-block for her Kitchen from TCC (The Countertop Company). One of our representatives [redacted]) went out to her home, did measurements and discussed what she wanted as to what type of wood, edge and finish. He then went back to our office and worked up the bid. [redacted] emailed specifications to changes that she wanted, including walnut wood and ogee edge. He emailed her the estimate on 8/28/2013. She purchased on 9/09/2013. We commenced work on 09/10/2013 by sending out [redacted] to go out and do specific drawings for the butcher block. Butcher block is a special order, The butcher block company that we use does custom handcrafted work for each customer (Order). When [redacted] was out at Ms.[redacted]s home they went through the finishing details including the new drawing that he composed for the Butcher-block company. All was agreed at that appointment. [redacted] came back from the measure. He prepared all ordering details and sent this and his drawing to the Butcher block company. At this point they requested us to pay for half of the butcher block. So the monies that were given to us from Ms.[redacted] went to the Butcher block company so that they could get started on her top. Normal process for butcher block to arrive to our store is 3-8 weeks. Sometimes longer, sometimes shorter depending on time of year. In between this wait, while the butcher-block was being crafted. Ms. [redacted] started getting concerns about her top. She was concerned about her choice of edge and finish. Even though she had these choices on her order that she had signed off from, we were okay with changing them. We called up the Butcher-block company and had them stop with putting an edge and finish on till she was sure to what she wanted. We sent plenty of emails showing her all the edge types that the Butcher-block company provides. We went as far as paying $100.00 to have the butcher-block company make 2 edges on her wood so that she could see what she liked. This is the stand still. We have not been given a answer (choice).
Ms.[redacted] involved her father in the process. So when we couldn’t get a answer to what she wanted, we called him to go through it with her. The butcher-block company is being gracious and very
patient in waiting for a response from us on what she wants as a edge and finish.  The butcherblock company is very concerned that the wood might get ruined if we do not move on this. It is in raw form with no finish. They are still owed the other half (balance owed to them) which will be due once they send out top. They are just awaiting confirmation of edge and finish. We have informed her and have gone over her choices via person to person, email, phone calls, other contractors, we just don’t know what else to do.
We truly want to get this complete, We want [redacted] happy. We just need her decision in edge and finish.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
